Job Title: Senior Transmission Engineer

Job Summary:

This is a senior-level engineering position that requires advanced knowledge of transmission and distribution materials and how design packages are checked, reviewed, and approved. This position will be under limited supervision of a higher-level engineer, director, or project manager and may perform complex assignments. This role may function as a Lead Engineer checking and reviewing design documents prepared by others. As needed, this position may also attend meetings that include communications with the client. The primary focus of this position will be providing transmission line engineering services in support of renewable energy projects.

• Professional Engineering (PE) license
• Minimum 8 years of Transmission experience
• Minimum 5 years of Transmission lines within Renewables (Solar, Wind, BESS) projects
• Bachelor’s or higher in Civil, Structural, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
• Must be a self-starter, team player, and excellent communicator

• Expected starting base salary: $145,000+ / year
