Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and lead offshore engineering, construction, operational projects and FEED studies from conception to completion. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards.

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with company objectives and client expectations.
• Budget & Cost Control: Manage project budgets, cost estimates, and financial forecasts to ensure profitability and adherence to allocated resources.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure seamless project execution.
• Risk Management: Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays, cost overruns, or safety incidents.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all offshore projects comply with industry regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Team Leadership: Lead multidisciplinary teams, providing guidance, motivation, and performance management to drive success.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and close-out reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Naval Architecture, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum of 5-10 years of project management experience in the offshore oil & gas, LNG, or marine industries.
• Strong understanding of offshore engineering, construction, and regulatory compliance (e.g., ABS, DNV, IMO, and OSHA standards).
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification preferred.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and travel as needed.
