
Job Title: Global Key Account Manager
Job Summary:
This is a senior, strategic position responsible for managing some of the client’s most important global accounts. The role combines long-term account strategy, high-level relationship management, and cross-regional coordination. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to shape account plans, lead virtual teams, and strengthen the client’s position with key customers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute global account strategies that drive long term growth, margin improvement, and deeper customer engagement.
- Lead and coordinate virtual account teams across regions, ensuring alignment on objectives, opportunities, and customer expectations.
- Build and maintain senior level relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for strategic discussions.
- Identify opportunities for new products, services, and plant level expansion within global accounts.
- Drive internal alignment, ensuring that commercial, technical, and operational teams are coordinated around account priorities.
- Represent the client internationally, supporting business reviews, negotiations, and strategic initiatives across markets.

Professional Experience
- Demonstrated success in strategic account management or global sales roles.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of value-based selling.
- Experience in one or more relevant industries such as Chemical, Oil & Gas, Pulp & Paper, or Marine.
