FP&A Manager

Job Title: FP&A Manager
This role will partner closely with Finance leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver insights that drive strategic decision-making, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, business acumen, and experience supporting at least one core revenue stream (e.g., services, SaaS, projects, or recurring revenue). Experience across multiple streams is a plus—but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
  • Analyze financial performance, variances, and trends; translate data into actionable insights
  • Partner with business leaders to understand drivers of revenue, cost, and profitability
  • Support one primary revenue stream, with exposure to broader financial operations over time
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support growth initiatives, investments, and scenario planning
  • Prepare executive-level reporting, dashboards, and presentations
  • Improve FP&A processes, tools, and reporting efficiency
  • Assist with ad hoc analysis and strategic projects as needed
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical roles
  • Experience supporting at least one revenue stream (services, SaaS, project-based, or similar)
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis skills
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with FP&A tools or ERP systems a plus
  • Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to non-finance partners
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Preferred (Not Required)
  • Experience in a growth-stage or consulting-based organization
  • Exposure to multiple revenue streams or complex pricing models
  • Prior experience managing or mentoring analysts
