
Job Title: Finance Manager
Job Summary:
The Finance Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis, supports the business through the use of data-driven financial insights. The Finance Manager, FP&A will execute budgeting, forecasting, and quarterly business reviews, while effectively managing strong relationships to support decision making.
Detailed Description:
- Oversees the FP&A team and operates as a business partner across business segments to develop a sound understanding of company financial goals and strategies and recommend appropriate organizational initiatives in support of those strategies.
- Drives the annual operating plan from a bottoms up perspective.
- Revises quarterly forecasts and collaborates with leadership to determine if goals are being met.
- Communicates financial insights that drive and support short and long-term business decisions.
- Drives stockholder value through forward-looking and meaningful analytics.
- Provides competitive analysis to the service lines and Segments to enable benchmarking and economic value add driven decisions.
- Perform additional duties as required and assigned.

- Strong background in OneStream planning and reporting
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Required).
- 7-10 years in Finance or Accounting experience in oilfield services (Required).
Additional Details:
The Finance Manager works with limited direction. The incumbent determines and develops the approach to solutions. The work is evaluated upon completion to ensure objectives have been met.
Provides resolution to an assortment of problems that are typically well defined, but some clarification or judgment is required to determine action, as additional information about the problem/task is discovered. Uses judgment within defined practices/procedures to determine appropriate action. Problem/Task resolution timeframe: Inclusive of shorter timeframes, but the majority of tasks take up to several weeks to resolve.
Under general supervision, proceeds alone on regular duties, referring questionable cases to supervisor.
